With a background in both the corporate and non-profit sectors, Josée turns big ideas into action. Whether connecting employers to NEET youth eager for the opportunity, leading a childhood literacy charity, bringing donors closer to causes they care about, or helping corporations improve their customer experience, Josee builds high performing teams and creates communities that are propelled by a passion for meaningful change.

Sarah Vickery

Senior Manager, Youth and Program Services

Program design, iterative process development, multi-stakeholder approaches, and strong facilitation chops grounded in play based theory are just some of the skills Sarah has developed having worked in 6 countries on a variety of youth employment, entrepreneurship and leadership programs. She infuses all of her work with a deep sense of optimism, creativity, and humility, and starts from an inclusion-first lens.

Allison Colin-Thome

Senior Associate

Allison has spent the majority of her career in Corporate Human Resources, fuelled by a desire to improve the people experience. Focused primarily in Recruitment, she has managed the hiring across the financial, professional services and hospitality sectors. She identified an opportunity to make an even deeper impact with O4AY and pursue a long held passion of helping youth find meaningful employment. She now draws on her deep Recruitment experience to partner effectively with employers in meeting their hiring needs.

Kristina Smith

Manager, Youth and Program Services

Kristina is driven to amplify youth and their future opportunities, and is excited to work alongside employers and community partners to offer unique hiring opportunities. Kristina has a background in managing and delivering community development projects in Canada and abroad, ranging from running a youth entrepreneurship program, equipping youth to participate in international experiential learning and building community agency capacity through learning and development.

Seray Pulluk


A recent graduate of the Political Science program at Trinity College, University of Toronto, Seray has experience working with various levels of governmental and non-profit organizations. Passionate about social action, she believes that work done for meaningful change is indispensable to any community. She is very excited to work towards increasing O4AY’s impact.
